Liz London’s artwork explores the realms and depths of what she feels is her own inner transformation by identifying personal archetypes’, historical and mythological stories. Her original art pieces continue a stream of consciousness and creative enigma throughout all aspects of her life documented by using items that are identified by deep symbolism and layered abstractions.
"The beauty of art is that, when engaging, the subject is never exhausted. There is always a remainder, a surplus that can be carried over into a new image like the mathematician who’s seeking for the last equation, to the simplest of forms. My subjects are sometimes ordinary. They are not however emotionally neutral. They are, in fact, charged with primal emotions, which leads to a portrayal of simple yet complex human beings; a reflection of our ambivalent nature." - Marian Ichaso Lefeld
